Delaware Family Voices Family to Family Health Information Center is dedicated to serving the Delaware community. We are families helping families of children and youth with disabilities and special health care needs. Family to Family is operated and staffed by and for families in Delaware.
Families and caregivers struggle to find the services their children need. Children with special healthcare needs and disabilities have chronic and complex needs. Our Family Leader Liaisons and Resource Families are here to help you navigate the healthcare system, access resources and services and find the answers to your questions. We offer the supports that you need, and save you time and frustration.
Family to Family provides information to families new to the world of special health care needs. We are families just like you who are raising a child with special healthcare needs: disability, chronic illness, and physical or mental health conditions. Delaware Family to Family also offers workshops and trainings for families and professionals.
We are always looking for families who would be interested in giving a little of their time each month to speak with other families. Our children have taught us so much. Please consider sharing your expertise with other families in Delaware.
